I used them last year for tables and chairs and balloons and spent over 200 and everything was great, friendly people etc. This year I went in and the older woman at the front said no more table and chair deliveries for the date I needed 1 week away. She did not say sorry or anything or even looked into it to see if they could make it work. Obviously there customer service has decreased. I was a recurring customer for multiple events but I will never go back there.
