I can't speak on the quality of the bikes but I will say the owner was quite rude and condescending. I had to pull information out of him and I sensed that he didn't want to provide any service to me. Maybe he only wants to deal with a certain type of clientele. He mentioned several times that he was short on mountain bikes and when I asked why was that. He said "because we are in a pandemic you know the reason why we have masks on our faces right now".. it was just so rude and condescending unnecessarily. Of course I figured that could be the reason but let me ask the expert. I'm super disappointed because this place came highly recommended. Considering how much money I'm willing to invest in a bike I expect better service. I may not be an avid bike rider yet but I would rather spend my money where it will be appreciated.
