I have been in dozens and dozens of Target stores around the country. Towson is a total disaster. The store is FILTHY, especially the food /grocery aisles. There are no staffed registers open, just self-checkoutsand I am the 37th person in line at the moment.

Don’t come clothes shopping here, everything is thrown about everywhere which makes it impossible to find your size or the shirt that’s even advertised. I couldn’t even find a plain black tank top because it was such a mess.

I prefer to come to this Target over the Boston Road location. It is always well stcoked and very clean. The staff has been very friendly during every single trip there.

They opened over 18 years ago. I worked there in the clothing department when I was 17 which was in 2002.

I believe you are referring to an seating area. No, they no longer have that option. The only seats are for the patients of the CVS minute clinic inside the Target.
When you order the item it will tell you immediately if you can get it by then.
