My sister took me here as she knows I usually prefer their hospitals. However I don’t ever want to have anything to do with this place. I almost died as they did not take us serious! I came in with extreme stomach pain, pail face, white lips, low blood pressure etc. after waiting for a half hour and not being taken serious my sister asked how much longer the wait would be. They said 2 hours. During this time my abdomen was feeling up with blood from a ruptured Fallopian tube. Thankfully my sister took me to St. Mark’s and they rushed me back figured out what was wrong and I had emergency surgery! The guy at the front desk acted like he didn’t care. I get if your booked but recognizing what is going on with patients is important. If I stayed and waiting I would have died. Thankful for my sister and St. Mark’s hospital

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING GOING HERE!!!! I came here a couple nights ago on a workplace related injury I had a 70 pound box full of car parts fall on my head and was told to go to the emergency room if my symptoms worsen by my urgent care. So I was recommended to go here. Note I couldn’t move my arms or legs, was on the verge of vomiting I had to wait about three hours to get in just to be told I could move my limbs doctor also accused me of being not mentally well and accused me of cutting myself, me and my boyfriend weren’t having it so I asked to leave and he told me to get up and walk to leave! I was absolutely shocked and disturbed obviously when I brought up that I wanted an AMA he immediately switched his story saying he wants to treat me when obviously before he did not believe me or want to treat me! The nurse came in and told me to sign the AMA and I said I physically can’t, she had the audacity to reply with “the doctor told me you can move your arm so you obviously can sign it” I had to have my friend hold up my hand to sign it for me and we were out! Went to the U OF U they immediately took me in did tests and realized I couldn’t actually move and later found out I did indeed have a brain injury aswell as a neck injury. I advise you to go to the U of U they actually care for their patients....

Wow, I come from California where the ERs are notoriously horrible and make you wait forever, but this hospital is amazing 👏, I was treated quickly and they did an absolute thorough examination and lots of tests on me... Not looking forward to the bill 😅 but I left knowing I was ok. THANK YOU INTERMOUNTAIN ER 💖

We had an exemplary experience at Intermountain Medical Center in every way. Several folks went beyond their job description to help us, and the rest performed superlatively with in each professional realm, the docs, nurses, techs, assistants !

Definitely consult a urologist first. I tried to do it at home and ruined three completely good eggplants.
You can park on the property for up to 7 days if you are a patient, family member of a patient, or if you live a long distance from the hospital and you have an appointment or business at the hospital. You have to park by the RV hookups and contact security so they can come unlock the box and hook your cord up. You also have to sign a disclosure, have a ID, and let security walk through your RV to make sure there is nothing hazardous or illegal inside. If you need to park for longer than 7 days, it is allowed as long as you have a note from the doctor stating how long you will be there.
It can come off when you leave the hospital
I would would ask the administration department who to talk to
Wow.😡
Intermountain should take it but its whether or not AARP considers it in network for your insurance. Best thing to do is call your insurance and ask.
You will probably need a referral from your primary care physician - the doctor who does your regular wellness checks.
Look it up on google
You have to talk to your primary care physician and get a referral to see a specialist otherwise your insurance won't cover the visit.
University of utah eye Moran clinic, they have 2 buildings in murray and salt lake city
9 to 9
Just call the hospital. Ask the operator to transfer to that dept nurses station! They can convey a msg to your friend w your phone # and then the patient can call you. Because you're not a relative, they can't give you any info. Good luck! 😎😎😎😎
It never hurts to schedule an appointment so you don't spend all day there
I don't know for sure but I would call the imaging department it is likely the main bldg
Post anesthesia care unit
Yes two visitors are allowed per patient. You have to have a band on your wrist given by the patients doctor
There is a security department and that is most likely your point of contact for a lost and found. If you call and ask for them they can probably give you more specific information.
Yes there is, just ask for the Cashier... They are very good and polite
Call your Dr - announced yesterday that they will only be doing essential surgeries. So depends on how important they view your surgery
In building 5 on the 1st floor. East side of the building.
Bldg 1 has mostly specialist doctors heart, lung wound clinic, bldg 2 has more doctors and the labs, X-ray, etc. Your best bet is to call main switchboard they can connect you to a specific doctor or clinic
The West entrance on the back side of the hospital.
Visitors are welcome to visit inside the patient room. General visiting hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily... From their website.
They have some kind of option of that check with your provider or hospital admin
Always best to have a medical dr check those symptoms out
Yes they send itemized billings
Heart and Lung Building, which is pretty much where the tower is. Look for the green 4 along the front.
Building 5 floor 5

Yes they do. I have Medicaid went to the ER twice and gave birth there all separate occasions. And was seen by the cancer center and fetal medicine for months. Never had any problem.
Labor and delivery is in tje womens center building #7
Gynocologist
I don't know of any. Contact administration to get a list
Nope, not unless surgery is on that area. You're supposed to leave contacts out, and things like jewelry at home.
Not sure about this. They are an amazing hospital though. Highly recommend!!
I just called and requested them. They took about a week. I picked up a CD with the MRI on it.
Depends on your income. And ask the front desk
What's your question?
That is the patient tower, which is building 5, the tallest building.
Depends on which one.
