Absolutely the worst doctors I have ever had in my life. If you fancy being talked down to and mistreated then this is the practice for you!

I love this clinic. It's a residency program so Drs don't stay but a couple of years but I've loved every one of them and they're overseen but great professionals. My only complain is the communication through the "patient portal". What a night mare. In probably 5-6 years my password has never worked twice. I wish they'd come up with a better one.

I had an amazing experience with st marks hospital for my prenatal care and my delivery. I was hoping it would be the same at the family medicine clinic. We decided to keep our newborn going here since she had to get blood work done the first few days after her birth but from the get go it has been a nightmare. We have had an insane amount of issues new parents shouldn’t have to deal with. Not only have we dealt with incompetence from the staff dealing with our insurance and consistently billing the incorrect insurance and not letting us know until months later and the minor annoyance of the staff calling our child the wrong gender and name at every single appointment, but the doctors are not great either. My newborn did not get back to her birthweight at our 2 week and even 4 week check up and all they did was give me a paper to deal with acid reflux, after following every option it gave us finally one started working, after I told them this when she finally gained two pounds at her 8 week check up, they told me not to do exactly what the paper they gave me said to do. My newborn had extreme baby acne that was causing her eyes to swell and they didn’t offer any solution, when it got worse a few days later I called back and had to leave a voicemail, and never received a call back. We went to our next appt two weeks later and they had absolutely no idea why we were there. I brought up concerns with my infants head shape as it appeared flat, they didn’t even check her head out and just said “more tummy time” I insisted on a referral to see if she needed a helmet, and what do you know… her head is in the “very severe” range and will need a helmet for longer than normal. I am so glad and relieved to be switching pediatricians and would never recommend the family clinic to anyone.

Very nice staff. Me and my fiance love Dr. Cordeiro she is very detailed on what medications and treatment she will be doing. Office is very clean and sanitary. After our last doctor, St. Marks Family Medicine has done us wonders. ❤

We can do rapid antigen testing in our clinic - call for an appointment. Or go to https://coronavirus.utah.gov/utah-covid-19-testing-locations/ to find other locations.
For security reasons to protect your health information, account verification is done in person in the clinic.
It's been fixed. Sorry for the confusion.
