Outstanding customer service! The Tile Shop is the place folks need to prioritize for their tile shopping. Their product selection is top notch, the design center stands as a great added service and the employees (especially the manager, Ryan) are excellent. We started our basement bathroom project last summer and the Tile Shop has been there every step of the way. We faced some difficulties with some of the product but this became a non-issue based on the way Ryan + his team responded. Now we have a beautiful bathroom to enjoy and a shop we’ll continue to go back to for future projects. The short of it: Save your tool and general home improvement shopping for Home Depot.
