Everyone moves out the very next year. No one wants to really live here, and is forced to stay the full term because you have to pay the remaining amount of rent for your lease to leave. The prejudice office mangers are a joke.

My experience with 1 property was awful. It was a great location but the manager downright lies and over charges

I stayed at Steeplechase Apartments in Kansas City, MO. This is by far the worst experience I have had while renting. To begin with, they told me I signed an 18 month lease when I know for a fact that I signed a 12 month lease and they asked me multiple times to sign a 12 month lease and I told them no because I didn't even plan on staying for the whole 12 month lease. Secondly, the maintenance and upkeep was terrible. Through the length of lease, the steps to my apartment were broken for 6 months and for 3 of those months, they were shut down. Next, the hot tub was shot down for more than 4 months, 2 of those months during the winter. Coming from an industry that is based on contracts and legal agreements, make sure when you try to charge people for things, you can legally do it. I ended up buying a house 2 months before my lease was up. I knew I was going to have to pay the last two months. When I got my final statement, they charged me all these random fees (multiple cleaning charges, early termination fee, miscellaneous bill charge). I moved out but never terminated my lease. After trying to figure out how they could charge me for all these random things; Courtney (property manager) couldn't answer an of my questions with a definitive answer. With the constant feeling she was pulling answers out of thin air. I have plenty more to my story but I will leave it at; DO NOT LIVE HERE.

That is a great question! Most of our apartment complexes are pet friendly, however each property has its own unique animal policy and breed/weight restrictions. Anyone interested in renting an apartment from a FourSite Property can request a copy of the property's animal policy from anyone in the leasing office or can view it online at the property's website.
FourSite currently manages multi-family housing apartment complexes and some single family home rentals. Currently, all FourSite apartment complexes offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes. Some properties also offer 4 and 5 bedroom apartment homes and a select few offer rentable townhomes adjacent to the property.
Currently, all FourSite managed properties offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes. We do not currently offer studio unit apartments.
