You can count on waiting when you stop here-they move ASAP-(As Slow As Possible) they work like they have all day to kill-I had to wait 15 minutes while the 1 person working was looking for someones certified mail-this place is a typical Government operation-move slow no problem-and they always let me know they are short staffed (doesnt sound like my problem) Ill go to Valley Forge-much faster and nicer attitude-Phoenixville seems to be set in its ways -total joke.

They’re so rude here, very poor customer service - specifically a younger Caucasian female with maybe blonde/dirty blonde hair, as well as an older lady who seem to primarily work here. The only nice and professional individual is another younger female with glasses and a head wrap.

I hate to leave a negative review. But the mailman delivered my package to the wrong address. And this never happened to me before. I was so stressed out about this issue for the past 2 days. So I went to the post office to find out where my package is located. Found out it was located on 505 Wilson Street and I live on 17 Dianna Drive. How in the hell did my package get delivered there? I went over to that address, and they're saying that they don't have it. Now I don't have my package. The mailman really needs to do a better job next time. And don't struggle while delivering mail when you at work. If the job is too stressful for the mailman, then he should quit and find another job. And don't deliver my packages to the wrong address the next time. Not being rude. I'm telling you the truth. That's why I'm rating this post office a 2 stars. Better be lucky that I don't rate this post office a 1star.

Would like to thank so much the Postmaster John who went above and beyond to track a package i could not locate on line that was mailed in Philly.

Yes I would go over there and see if you can pick it up a.s.a.p. if there is no such address they will do a return to sender I believe
You can call your post office and speak to the supervisor about it. They will have any first hand knowledge of what maybe delaying the mail delivery. You can also signup for informed delivery on usps.com and see what mail is being sent to you each day. These pictures are taken at the time of sorting at the plant so you can see what you are getting that day. There is also a link on the email to report missing mail.
We are not open today... if you see any mail trucks out today they're delivering Amazon packages.. no mail delivery today
