This is a nice & sizable PO. I've always found the clerks to be kind and helpful with saving money on postage. I wonder if some of the reviews on the contrary are due to some people with unrealistic expectations. I've witnessed that first hand.

Don't drop your mail in the blue box outside. Had 5 pieces of mail stolen over a period of three months. Called to tell them, their response, "we know there's a problem and we're looking into it." That's the last I heard.
