My cousins and I and our boyfriends planned this atv since the beginning of July. We set the date for August 8 at 4:45pm. We made exactly sure every information, including the time and date we wanted to go, was correct. But tell me why on August 7, we get an information saying we have to be there at 9:30 AM??! We were so confused because we clearly put a later time. So we called the company and this rude employee (she’s ridiculous) was saying how there was no more “space” so she put us down for 9:30am... like what?? We literally reserved since the beginning of July, plus NO ONE IN THE COMPANY GAVE US A CALL TO INFORM THE CHANGES! So now, we literally lost money because of the lack of service and the way this ridiculous company is runned..
