I tried the service a couple of times, in the pas year for basic things like minor repair and oil change. My car was making some noise when I make left or right turn. They suggested to replace struts and shockers. I was not sure if that was causing the noise. But I am no expert. It was replaced with a big bill of $1400, but guess what within a week noise was back. I went back asking why the noise is still there, the attitude was not good at the front desk, somehow they don't want to hear the complains. They didn't even wanted to listen the issue, wrote my phone incorrectly to make an appointment, put my name incorrectly. I corrected them multiple times. After spending $1400, I am expecting a better behavior and attention to my complain about what the issue was. Not happy with the service. I tried a different mechanic Honest1 Auto repair in east Brunswick about the noise and he identified in 10 secs and fixed it without charging me anything, mentioned that someone didn't do a good job when they replaced/repaired something around the tires.
