Zero Star for service, meaner and talk. They people work here doesn’t have good manners. The staff is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers and like to give them hard time to customer. They always complain about any packages or envelopes you give to them. I was there today with 20+ pound packages and they keep complaining about custom form description & address labels on box. This is not first time they give me hard time. They always do this. Worst service always. Few months back one of staff members told me to use other courier service because I work for that company. Sure a worst customer service & worst staff.

They have lock box available for monthly fees and you have to apply and wait about 1 week. But there aren't any temporary lockers for security reasons USPS does not have those.

Not sure, but call the any Post Office near you and ask to speak with a clerk or supervisor. They should be able to answer your question. I am a Rural carrier and do not work at the customer service desk. Good luck.
