There are no negative stars so I put a one. Environmental services treated the trash with better respect and dignity than my mother got from the ER. Mom came out of the ER worse than when she went in. Go to an animal clinic instead you will get better medical care.

I’m waiting on back surgery, I go into this hospital and waited for 3 hours without anything, I’m in such excruciating pain that I have tears going down my face. I finally get called back and waited in another room for an hour. I was in such pain that I couldn’t sit there any longer and had to leave without even being looked at. Do not waste your time going here, they do not care.

The nursing staff is always wonderful. The doctors, however, are cold and treat you like you wasted their time coming in. This has happened to me 4 for 4 times in the last 7 years.

I worked the fir 5 teases and was wrongfully fired after begin one of the hardest workersx so many good reviews for employees. Patients and managers. I worked three COVID- caught COVID. Caught COVID from one of may patients. My Manager called me to tell me I love want exposed at work and never said how I want s doing. I was wrongfully friends and now they are doing everything the can do not give me unemployment, which is such a slap in the face I worked so hard and the are doing everything the can do not allow to be get what rightful untitled to me. It really hurts and there no need to go this far for something I rightfully deserves I the healthcare is broken. I put my heart and soul into. Y career and the three me out like I was nothing and now saying all of these allegations that’s are so false. I have heard of many many of employees saying this is happening and it is so wrong. I was so disappointed in the healthcare managements. You need to make this right

Go to an urgent care, CMMCs ED it too busy to handle bumps on the head!
There are, for use inside the hospital, but I suggest you call ahead first and set it up.
I'm not positive, but I believe up until 8 pm
When you get there the screeners will help you get to where you need to be.
Call the hospital and ask to be transferred to the said patient and it should be on the board in their room or ask nurses station
They do have visiting hours but they limit the amount of people to go in so I would call the nurses station and ask.
9-11 & 4-6
I use there office on Stetson road. Family health care associates. 784-7388. I love all of the providers there!
60 High Street is the main entrance with the long covered walkway across from the helicopter pad. It's an easy place to drop someone off before the car is parked across the street. To the right, just inside the entrance door, there is an information desk where they will help you get to the right floor. See you in the operating room!
There is housing available for family members who live long distances away. It's called The Arbor House. It's right across the street from the hospital. Ask one of the nurses on who can stay there and its availability. https://www.cmhc.org/cmmc/patients-and-visitors/arbor-house
Yes
Yes! If you are elderly or disabled and during normal business hours. just enter through the 60 High St. Entrance and they will be at the desk as you enter.
Hi Arlene, Our Infectious Disease providers do treat lyme disease and remain up to date, following testing methods and treatment as recommended by their governing society IDSA. We would recommend speaking to your primary care provider to determine the next best steps for your care.
