It clearly says that they are an emergency veterinary hospital. My dog has major equilibrium issues all of a sudden, we think is an ear infection. They refused our dog when we called and asked if we could bring him in.

Not sure. I'd call and ask. The one across from pep boys in Auburn did for me when I had to put a kitty to sleep. Good luck.
I would recommend Fluke's Aftercare. They are in Litchfield and have a website. Excellent services. My sympathy.
They do accept care credit but I don't remember them offering payment plans
Dr Scholey is still at Lewiston Vet Hospital. She got married a long time ago. Her name is now Dr Burgess.
