I will not go back to this place. Not only are their prices ridiculous for a pair of glasses, but their product is cheaply made, and their customer service is horrible. The glasses frame falls apart within less Than 60 days. When I went to the store to get help, the lady did nothing to help. In this challenging economy, if you are going to charge someone all that money for a pair of glasses, at least provide basic customer service.

Feel like I repeatedly tried to have change my opinion of this location. After 5 long years 1 star only. Everytime I go it’s always the same question of “have you been here before, we can’t find you or your prescription in the system”. Never got my contact samples. My glasses sizing are 100% incorrect as they are to tight for my face & I brought 2 pairs! A complete waste of money! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Terrible service from the front desk customer service rep. I visited the store this evening to talk about a change to the lens on my glasses I previously bought from this location. Basically, my glasses required a full len change because only the bottom half were made with small bifocal lens. So, if I am not looking down I cannot read anything clearly. I'm explaining all this to the rep giving her a visual with the glasses in my hand. She basically kept insisting she did not understand what I was looking to do, and wondering why I wanted it changed. I described again with an example, yet, she acted again like she couldn't understand and started laughing. She then asked me why the glasses were made that way. I told her that's the way they were made when I picked them up. She then proceeds to tell me " I find it hard to believe noone explained that to you" So, after a bit of back and forth with her because I'm thinking perhaps it was explained and I just didn't remember, I am still not expecting this type of reaction from someone who is supposed to be there to help. She then proceeds to look up my account information, and tell me " you're pass the 100 days to get it at no cost". At no point throughout this entire interaction did I mention I was NOT willing to pay, so I asked for the price and she immediately rattles off $200. I thought to myself is this a general price to replace the lens? Can I trust her to even give me the right price? Because she seemed to pull this number out of the air. And, more importantly why would I spend my money here after this experience. I just found her to be totally unprofessional and she was of no help at all in terms of patience and her accusatory and condescending attitude made me realize I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing!

Order status gave me a date. When I checked the status again before traveling to pick the glasses up the status changed to pending. I called the store to follow up the response was vague and some what dismissive. I was not able to get a definitive answer as when the glasses would be ready for pick up. I called again and was on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up because no one ever answered the line. The service and glasses are paid for. I would expect more willingness to get an answer to the inquiry. In store visit was pleasant.

do I need to make an appointment if I already have my prescription from an opthamologist ? My glasses were purchased from your store and I only need to have new lenses placed in the frames I purchased from you. I do not need to see an optometrist.
