He was incredibly helpful on the phone and in person! I had school starting in a couple of days and my computer wasn’t working. He got my computer back to me before I went back (in 1-2 days). It worked flawlessly and still is. He is fully immersed in making sure his job is well done and that you are satisfied. Any reviews of Jim being rude or talking too much have it wrong. He’s very knowledgeable and he’s very honest. Those two things come together to make a detailed and sometimes direct dialogue. That’s what I loved about him. He also did the work much faster then estimated, and at a hundred dollars less than Geek Squad.
