He was incredibly helpful on the phone and in person! I had school starting in a couple of days and my computer wasn’t working. He got my computer back to me before I went back (in 1-2 days). It worked flawlessly and still is. He is fully immersed in making sure his job is well done and that you are satisfied. I really appreciated being in the know throughout the process of fixing my computer. Highly recommend!

I just had my Desktop serviced at Savemore and Jim was wonderful to deal with. He explained EVERYTHING to me so I could clearly know what he was going to do to my PC , which was a lot!! He got my PC running , which I thought was impossible. He took the time to figure out what was wrong and kept me informed every step of the way. I will recommend him to ANYONE!!!! Thank You , Thank You , Thank You !!!!

Jim was extremely helpful with all of my questions from what to look for in a new computer purchase, computer set up, transferring my data and new program set up. Every time I called Jim responded promptly and was eager to help, if he did not have the answer he would find out and get right back to you. Thank you Jim.

Any reviews of Jim being rude or talking too much have it wrong. He’s very knowledgeable and he’s very honest. Those two things come together to make a detailed and sometimes direct dialogue. That’s what I loved about him. He also did the work much faster then estimated, and at a hundred dollars less than Geek Squad. Give him your business and he’ll give you service well worth what you pay. Thanks again, Jim!

I don't repair liquid spills because you can not tell how much is damaged until you open it up. Call other places and ask but most will do it but I don't think they can give you an estimate in advance. They must first figure out what parts were damaged. Jim. H. Savemore Computer Repair
