I’ve been living here for several years. Everything was great with the previous management company. Everyone was super nice and helpful in the office. I never had any problems with the office until recently, they lost the checks I turned in TWICE!!!! They first time they told me they lost the check, I thought okay, everyone makes mistakes, so I didn’t say anything and wrote another check for them. And asked them please don’t ever lose my check again coz I spent 2 hours at bank to do stop payment! And a couple months later, they contacted me and lost a check again, and ask me to issue another one again!! The lady in the office said Sorry but we don’t have the check to do deposit so you need to turn in another check. I don’t feel the apologies. She makes me feel it’s not their fault or not their problem that they lost my check. If they lose your check, you should be responsible for their mistakes and write another check for them. Because IT’S NOT THEIR PROBLEM!! They don’t care about leaking your bank information or anything. I’m sure they would take responsibility if someone altered your lost check and tried to get money from your bank account! They don’t care that you need to waste time to go to the bank to do check stop payment. If they don’t lose checks you turn in , they just simply inform you, ‘We don’t have your check, please issue one again’. It is Nonsense!!! Irresponsible and careless!!! So disappointed!

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but wow - we really were misled by their leasing office. When asking about applying, we shared our exact financial situation and unusual income sources (we're doctoral students.) They said no problem, they would make it work. After days of delays and phone calls, they finally rejected our application, saying they couldn't accept those sources after all, that they didn't know who said they could them, and then asking us to give up to 5x the rent in proof of income in the bank for them to accept alternate forms (previously having stated a much lower amount.) Devastating. Ridiculous. I'm appalled by their misleading actions.

I put down a security deposit on a 1 bedroom apartment, not knowing if I would end up moving there. I explained the situation to their leasing agent and she confirmed I would get the full security deposit back if I couldn’t move in. I couldn’t move in and now it’s been almost 4 months! They stopped answering the phone at their office and when I do get a hold of them, they said they would mail it but then nothing comes. Be careful of this place!

Had to get out of there with this review long overdue. A lot of police activity on the block. Almost every week there will be multiple police vehicles. Parking is a huge issue as well. New residents: they will be charging you for parking even though they don’t clean up snow in the parking lot (you’ll find out soon as it’s winter now). They recently randomly decided to have assigned spacing which is located far from your building. If you park out front on Gales Dr, you will get tickets from the police. I have received multiple just for parking even though there was no parking in their residential lots. The police will come and harass you if you park because they know you are a resident nearby. You almost won’t believe it there has been police with loud horn announcing vehicles from the street to get residents to move them. I don’t understand why there’s so much parking issues in a “luxury” apartment. Maintenance staff will enter without knocking. Sometimes they won’t even come and say they did. There’s also very thin walls as I have heard my neighbors fight very often and the dogs barking nonstop. Save yourself the trouble and save your money from living here, as it will not be peaceful or luxurious. All in all, I have seen entire management staff completely change multiple times here. They raised rent prices and they’re asking for fees on things that weren’t charged before (ie. garbage, parking LOL, etc).
