I had the really good experience at the New Providence location. They were able to get my shirt cleaned and folded within 24 hours. It was a different location but an employee named Chris at that location drove it to my house after hours. I thought that was pretty amazing.

So unprofessional I drop off few work blazers to be washed and ion and they never wash the blazers because still have the deodorant and sweets smell it is disgusting and unprofessional never go to this place.

It’s convenient but you are paying a premium for convenience. When things go right it’s nice. When things go wrong customer service goes out the window. No call about a ripped jacket and bad service behind the desk in new providence. I had a suit jacket they dry cleaned and when my wife went to go pick up it was not ready for pick up due to alterations. The ticket said ready by Monday afternoon and my wife went to pick up Wednesday midday. The lady behind knew nothing on the missing jacket and said its labeled for alterations in the computer when the jacket was only in for alterations. The lady said she would call summit location for more detail and will call us in an hour. I never received a phone call, now nervous about a suit jacket I need for a wedding on Friday, I call the new providence location and get the same song and dance. We don’t know, call back later. When pressing the person on the phone 5 questions deep, I find out all clothes go to summit. Call summit location, talked to a manager Chris and finally found out my jacket had ripped on the inside and outside seam during dry cleaning process and I will be able to pick up the jacket Thursday morning. Being angry about the no call about my jacket ripping and to pick up Thursday. I go pick up my jacket Friday morning and inspecting my jacket. The same girl behind the desk asks why am I inspecting my jacket. I told her you ripped it and I’m inspecting the repair. Then she starts debating me about Tide ripping my jacket. So I nicely said I had to talk to Chris since you couldn’t get me any answers. In summary, nice location, nice and clean store, nice technology, poor follow up and poor customer service all for an expensive price. Will not be going there again.
