I like this place , the dr are so good, but yeah the people who work need to be change, the door men i cant call him security is so unprofessional, actually all of the people who watch the door are so unnice, in the maternity department there is a women that has 0 patience ,and is no Paula is other ,i don't know who hire them

Going to this establishment, is a real hassle. In the time, I've had to visit here. Many updates have been done. Customer service is trash. Service was better 10 yrs ago. Even 20 yrs ago.

Check your insurance and make sure they are in network. You can do this by calling your insurance. If they are in network and you still want to go you'll have to change your PCP before you can be seen. Also appointment are far out so call first, but walk ins are first come first serve 7am or 12pm monday-friday. Make your you bring your ID/drivers license with you current address and then all shall be well.
