Had an ultrasound scheduled was able to get one within a week. The actual ultrasound itself was fine , I had mixed feelings about the tech I had. However the process from the check in to waiting wasn’t bad even at 2pm on weekday. Parking was horrendous I had park really far away at Dunkin‘ Donuts cause the parking lot was full, definitely different inside as there were very few ppl waiting in radiology

Good afternoon. I really appreciate the care and support that Doctor abarientos have shown to my son. My son have several long terms illnesses and i appreciate the time, professionalism and care he has provided for my son. However i did gave a 4 star review because i really dislike the supervisor NF. In several occassion she have taken the liberty to opiniate on my son's case and even going as far as opiniating that my son illness does not qualify him to have a medical form fill out without checking his chart. To the supervisor NF you do not have the authority to reject, decline and oppiniate over no ones health conditions. You do not have the authority to reject documents without checking the need and level of importance first further checking with the doctor at that. My son is not a new patient or someone that can be easy transported to the office just because you decided that he must comin to have a form filled out when this for must be filled out by his doctor which is based on the information and facts recorded on his chart. I do undrstand policies and regulations. I just believe very strongly you NF has taking too much liberty that has not been awarded to you over my son's medical case. I do not appreciate any of it and frankly i dislike you work ethics and unkind behaviour from the first time i spoke to you over the phone. I hope that i do not encounter you ever again as long as i have to come to that office. Learn how to behave accordingly and not have your tittle get to your head and loose control of what you there to do which is provide excellent customer service with professionalism, care and facts. Other than that i am greatful for Doctor abarientos at Eistein center one suite 301. For always being attentive, professional, caring and providing an excellent health care my son needs. Thank you

I had a rather lengthy ultrasound scheduled for today. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. This includes the security guard who told me where to go, registration and the technician who did my ultrasound. The only reason I can’t give five stars is the parking. The lines are way to small and people squeeze into the spots. I went to two different spots and once I got in them, I couldn’t open my door to get out. The parking lot outside of the building needs some love and attention. The staff I encountered today was fantastic though.

To all of the staff at Einstein Center One in the surgery department, I want to say thank you for all you did for me. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Hope they keep up the good work. Blessings to you all and stay in good health.
