I been coming here for a long time and I get nothing but great service. Katrina took her time and found me a case for my phone, help me with setting up my phone and went out her way to help me and her service is great. Katena, Matt, Alex and Robert was so great. I never been happier with the service. I will continue coming here. Great customer service. I will be back….

No, you must return it to a UPS store and they credit your account and ship it back for free!

I would never recommend this company especially because of this store they are the worst I've ever seen in customer service and loyalty

PLEASE PICK UP YOU PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My 88 year old father is there waiting to buy a phone and he is now authorized. I have been trying to call there for 20 minutes! Have a little empathy and please take care of him. He is not well.

They don't care. They do have a few great employees but there are some that definitely need customer service skills. I would definitely weed them out if I were in mgmt
