The apartments are super cute, the neighborhood is quiet, commuting is pretty easy as Falls Rd is right there & 76 isn't far. The gym is nice, too. It took 5 months for me to get into this place & it had been unpleasant the entire time. The management before this was obviously overwhelmed & this new management is very much superficial in making this an enjoyable experience. Fire alarms go off whenever, I've had missing packages, the parking lot isn't well lit at all & the renovations were poorly done while maintenance doesn't take requests seriously. The pool was a disaster for the 6 weeks it was open. They are also impolite in emails.

The manager makes their own schedule up so good luck catching up to the manager after you’ve become a resident. Issues are never resolved. Manager almost always has an attitude and hosts a daycare in the office every other day. Tenants are treated badly and agreements are consistently broken by management. This is a very unprofessional company to live under.

I've been waiting for six months to get my bedroom closet door fixed. This is so disappointing.

I lived here for a few years and this is a nice location and tolerable apartment building. The convenience of having a lot of restaurants nearby is perfect. Between Lower Merion, Manayunk and a short drive to the city, there’s a lot to do around here. However this new management has made the experience very disappointing and such a downgrade. The “pandemic deals” brought in rude and loud neighbors when this place used to be really peaceful and quiet. The transfer to a new apartment was handled unprofessionally. While I understand that this is a busy time with less communication, things regarding health should be a priority overall. The fire alarm goes off frequently and unnecessarily. The water issues mentioned in previous comments still apply. I'm still unable to get the gate to open after hours after requesting multiple times so I can only go out when the gate is open. The pest control is almost pointless and had to be resolved on our own which was actually effective and less expensive. I’m assuming there is a reason why they don’t put signs up showing the exit out of the parking lot because other than that you’ll likely get lost. The updated amenities are nice (if you use them) but if you don’t mind dealing with the other issues mentioned here and in previous comments, you should be fine.

I’m sure they have availability but please do not move in this building. Rushmore management is not good at all. They will never show up on your emergency.
