Went for bromine for hot tub since Amazon price went up from $20 to 65 for same thing previously purchased. Only problem at Pinch A Penny only had one bottle in stock but was less than $24 with tax.

Great business except for the cashier. I bought a 35 pound bucket of 3 inch chlorine tablets and 2 refills on liquid chlorine. When it came time to check out the male cashier was looking at his cell phone and totally ignored me. I had to wait until he finished whatever he was looking at before he would ring me up. I would have given 5 stars if the cashier had been attentive to the customer. If I ever walk back in and he is on the register looking at his phone, I will walk right back out

We have been customers of pinch a penny in Lehigh Acres for over 10 years until today. I have always returned my containers for chlorine to be filled, today, I told the employee that one of them has been leaking & I wanted a new one. THEY CHARGED ME 8.99 FOR THE NEW EMPTY CONTAINER & THEN CHRGED ME TO FILL IT! UNACCEPTABLE, The Pool Store down the road has a new customer
