July 2022 was my first time going since they updated all their equipment. The young employee came out to walk us through the card purchase and how to use it on the machines. He was friendly and sincere - really excellent customer service! I took a star off just for the location having some shady people walking around. They DO have security cameras though, but I've still heard of people getting clothes stolen.

It was very clean even the restroom and the dryer in bathroom had hot air

I literally have been coming to this laundromat since I was little kid and I decided to wash my brand new comforter and I put it in the dryer for 20 min and I noticed that my comforter got burned. I told one the worker and they told me that maybe it was my fault. Nope it wasn't. I have throw out $89 dollar comforter.
