Worst customer service and Walgreens I’ve ever been to. No one wants to do their job and they push you off to the next person. Straight up lazy. Very disappointing.

I was a customer of Walgreens for year's and years. Today I go in for a passport photo. No greeting found the counter pressed the service button waited 10 -12 min no one came. The register person was nice but all alone. Crazy. Went across the street. Walked into welcome sir how can I help. I literally. Got my photo and out the door in 10 min. I'm now going here from now on.

This pharmacy used to be great. I waited in line, inside yesterday bc I received a message a prescription was ready I got to the front and they ask me which one. I had to ask them 3 times which one bc the message in the email didn’t say. Then today I received a message there was an insurance issue… something they could have confirmed when I was there yesterday… i waited over 30 minutes on hold. A man kept putting me on hold for a call that would take 30 seconds to answer. Seems additional training is needed here.

For what it's worth, the land that this Walgreens is currently occupying used to be Thee Dollhouse (in Fort Lauderdale), a club made famous by the Motley Crue song "Girls, Girls, Girls". It was torn down in the mid 1990's and now it's this. History.
