Big, new building. Regular rates are reasonable in this area. Well designed loading area & a wide variety of unit sizes. Both drive-up & climate controlled units. The staff was professional & nice. I took their advertised 'bogo' special- they match the # of months you initially pay for, with the same # of free months. Looks like plenty of parking for normal use, as at all storage places, it can be tight on weekends, particularly at the change of the month- prime moving time. On the last/first week of the month, avoid being blocked in at the undercover parking by moving Van's & UHaul trucks! Up to date Security!

Different prices for different sizes. Higher price for indoor AC units than outside drive-in ones without AC. Best to call the facility & ask.
Unsure as mine is inside. For sure it is accessible 6am-10pm, but the building, at least, is not 24/7. The outside U-Haul ones were 24/7 back when I was there, but scary!
Dang, sorry I'm not sure...I rent a unit in the building, not back in the fenced area. There's an RV rental place right next door, though. No idea if they have such parking in the back. Good Luck!
If you pay for 12 months you get 12 months free. Big outlay of cash but if you are planning on staying a year and can afford it a great deal. They also offer pay for 3 get 3.
