Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do to make you feel better. Not only has my pain subsided but she has me on a long term exercise plan moving forward. She eagerly directs every moment of the therapy to make sure your form is correct and so that you don't injure yourself and she comes up with new exercises for each visit so it doesn't become boring.
