Our residents that have chosen St. Croix Hospice have been extremely satisfied. They are very attentive to residents and families and provide a full line of services which include massage, music therapy, spiritual support and personal care. They support our community and staff by providing assistance with care service, medical services and are available 24 hours a day. They help with emotional support to the families as well as our staff when a resident passes away. We are thrilled with our partnership with St. Croix Hospice and our dedicated team they send.

St. Croix Hospice care is paid for by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance.
Anyone with a life expectancy of six months or less may begin hospice care. Patients who live longer than six months may continue to be eligible.
Patients with any life-limiting illness or terminal diagnosis can benefit from hospice services.
St. Croix Hospice is not a 501c3.
The office is in the office building across Delaware from Buffalo Wild Wings. Suite Q in the business buildings on the north side of 16th Street.
