One of the worst police departments in the nation. They pretend to not know the laws in order to rob citizens of their constitutional rights. I don't understand how police don't know when it's appropriate to demand identification. It's frankly shameful and embarrassing 😳 🤦

they just lie
It looks like (515) 222-3300 according to the WDM chamber of commerce. Upon further investigation it says a bunch of other numbers on various websites, like (515) 222-3320, or (515) 222-3321 so who freaking knows. I find it weird no one at a whole police station would ensure the number is readily available for quick call via Google. Any vehicle parked on a public roadway within the city should be moved within 48 hours.
