All in all Spaghetti works is and always has been a good place to eat ..on a date or with the family there is a good size menu to choose from ..salad truck is my favorite items always fresh and cold ..as far as the staff they need some lessons on hospitality and how to treat a paying customer. Not all of them ofcourse but you know who you are !!! Keep up the hard work Spaghetti works ..p.s. appetizer should be served before your meal !!!

By far the best spaghetti and alfredo ive ever had! The salad bar was perfect and fresh. Food and service was amazing! Such a cool place with endless options of food! I actually mean endless if you finish a bowl just ask for another on certain dishes!

Saturday night, packed. Found 2 seats at the bar. Light in the ceiling caught on fire. Fire department came. Nothing big. Excellent food. Got the Lobster sensation! Yum.

Nice Italian place to visit. Food is generally quite good and reasonably priced. For around $10 or so, you can get an all you can eat pasta, with many options to choose from. You can pay more to add meat to it, but you can get by quite cheap if you’re ok with just the pasta/sauces. Salad bar has many options and decent quality items. Food comes fresh and warm. Plenty of places to dine, so I’ve never had to wait long. The only real issue I’ve had, is it seems (especially when they are slower), that employees will congregate up near the front, and seem to loose their assertiveness. It’s almost like you feel like you are troubling them, to have to stop talking and get you a table, or otherwise. However, the wait staff assigned to your table generally does quite well. So it’s not a huge deal, it’s just a bit bothersome when you see tables that could be wiped off, or food on the floor that could be swept, yet 3-4 people on the clock doing nothing and not terribly friendly that they have to stop getting paid to socialize, to assist you. Again, other than this minor situation that seems to repeat itself, it’s always been a pretty good experience, and I wouldn’t let it stop my return.

The processed quality has gone down hill over the years.
You should call them and confirm about crowd. Sometimes during weekend you may require it. It is essential even for small group.
Hey ! I remember the train car was removed in the late 1990's. because Spaghetti Works needed the room for more parking and they wasn't making any money turning this into a dining car . Mr. Cottrell 😉 Yet for awhile this was what this train car was, a dining car for guests who wanted to have lunch or dinner inside . It's was a nice idea for awhile folks.
Long time customer, the sauces are great, still lots of choices and all you can eat!
None that I know of. What were you wanting them to add?
As of 2/22 the city of Omaha has a mask requirement in place. When I ate here with my family we're required to wear masks upon entry and when departing table at table no mask required because of food and drink consumption. The salad bar was open with a request to use provided hand sanitizer before touching any of the utensils and again mask was required. The serving staff and maitre D were all wearing masks. Sat groups with "spacer" tabeles in-between and sanitized before re-seating the table.
The phone rings at the Maitre D desk and you always get a live person as long as their open.
