First time trying Fazoli's. My honest opinion is that it was like cafeteria food, at best. The cheesecake probably would've been the best thing ordered, if it didn't have the most disgusting strawberry goo all over it! What kind of sick twisted clown decided that New York Cheesecake should have strawberry topping????

I have always enjoyed Fazoli’s food. The restaurant is usually clean and staff is friendly. I’m a noodle and meatball guy and I get the spaghetti. But today, a three inch black hair in meatball number one killed it for me. Im a blond so I know it’s not mine. Obviously, the meatball cook is not keep his hat on when it should be. Cmon people!

We eat here a lot and this way by far the best experience we’ve had and the food was great. Ashley was working behind the register and she was an absolute pleasure. The manager was filling in for the normal manager. He was excellent as well. Kudos to the team at 132nd and Center in Omaha.

We went into your store on Wednesday June 22nd 2022 it was 9:40 and the staff was trying to get ready and close. But when we went in they were very polite and courteous they went right to work getting our order ready fast and efficient we got our order in no time it was hot and very good. They brought our food out gave us time to eat. And still was very professional when we left. They told us thank you and have a good. Your staff that night ROCKED!!!
