This branch has horrible customer service I went in there to see why my account had a charge on it that I didn't recognize. the clerk maleena is really rude I asked her if she could help me identify where the charge was from she said no she can't so I did a quick Google search of the company name it came up as a scam. I showed her that and she said that there was nothing she could do and that I needed to come back at 2 on saturday. then I asked her really it says right here its a scam then she started to say i was having an attitude with her and she wasnt going to help me but she was already doing a great job at not helping me. So, I left called corporate and they said she could of canceled the card and gave me a new one. Now I'm at a different branch to get my card. As a customer of fnbo this is disturbing that I showed the lady it was a scam and she did nothing to help me so I had to waste gas to go to a whole different location to get a new card.

Just found out recently that FNBO eliminated their Hyvee branch so now if you absolutely need banking services on Sunday you can no longer do so. Way to serve the community there FNBO.

Cloie was so sweet and handled my transaction so well. She kept her space neat and organized and prioritized me. She even commented on how she liked the spelling of my name “Cloey” she’s an excellent teller and I hope I have her next time I visit!:)
