Update! After posting this review they sent me a letter closing my account and returning a very small amount of money. Avoid them. This bank takes advantage of single mothers, charging over $1000 in bank fees over the last 3 months for the same charges. It is impossible for me to catch up, as they keep charging me for the same mistake I made back in October. They have no compassion for individuals, they refuse to help me. The branch manager Mark, and the assistant manager Sarah do not answer phone calls or return them. If a call is returned at all it is several days later. If I attempt to visit the bank to speak to them in person, they are conveniently gone to lunch, or on a break, each time I try. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I have been a customer for more years than I can remember and there was a time when I absolutely loved this local bank. You could connect with a real person if help was needed and they would actually help you! Merry Christmas! ETA: The reply they left on this review is a lie, no one has reached out to discuss this situation. It has been a week now.

120th & Center branch is completely incompetent. Three times they have not deposited my check from the night deposit. This last time it took 3 days and I had to go there and have them fish it out. Envelopes and slips are never supplied even though the manager swears they are. Never stocked. Worse- I have 5 accounts and several times they put money into the wrong accounts. Teenagers tax return was suppose to go to their savings and it went into their checking! Guess what…teenager saw it and now hounds me for it! Thanks bank! In Response to below: I actually reached out to a Senior Manager regarding the wrong deposits. She promised me she’d go and review policies with the 120th branch and …after another wrong deposit, sent me a $5 Scooters card “for all my troubles”. Not helpful. Bank is still messing up….

Canceling my bank account with them, easily the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever come in counter with. I would trust a 2 year old with my money over them.
