Family and I have been going here for years, we have a pediatrician, family practice doctor, and obgyn. All of them have been phenomenal and helpful, answering any questions that we have. Appointment scheduling is easy, I always get through to someone whoβs very kind. Only reasons why Iβm giving 4 stars is because it takes so long for the nurses to call you back when you leave messages on their triage phone line. the parking lot isnβt the greatest, parking lines are faded, pot holes, and it takes about 10 minutes alone just to find a parking spot.

I called the clinic and was told that I could not come in due to my symptoms, and with Covid around this is understandable. I received a phone call from Dr. Cramer for what I assume was a sinus infection. I was not impressed with Dr. Cramer; he was 15 minutes late to my 'telehealth' appointment and did not apologize. He asked my symptoms, and told me to take some cough syrup. When I informed him that I had been taking over the counter medication for about a week he said, 'Oh good, you will feel better soon.' I should have just called my mother if that's all the medical assistance I was going to receive. It would have saved me $155.00.

We are open for urgent care Saturday mornings. We have some great Family Medicine physicians, check them out at our website www.grandislandclinic.net
The estimated average lifetime direct medical costs per case we applied were: $315 and $26 for chlamydia in women and men, respectively; $343 and $68 for gonorrhea in women and men, respectively, and $572 for syphilis in men and women
We are owned by our physicians!
The answering service is always on during after hours. An on-call doctor will be paged to help you during those times.
They don't do that at this clinic
