I’ve been a patient for 19 years here and the last few years have been impossible to get in to anyone. Today I called to make an appointment and they said I’m no longer a patient so I cannot be seen?! WTH?!! I’ve been trying to get in and because I didn’t want to wait weeks to be seen when I did call for something urgent, I get kicked out for being absent?! Terrible terrible service!! Go to Dr.Crouch instead!

Every single time I call in, the office staff acts like I am a burden. They are rude and not helpful. My PCP resigned and they have not hired anyone to replace him, so it’s now next to impossible to get medications refilled. None of the other doctors are accepting new patients at this time, so I can only be seen on an acute basis and there is no one “coordinating my care.” My wife needs to stay in the Nebraska Medicine system because that’s where all her specialists are, but now we have to travel more than 2 hours to Omaha just to see her primary.

The receptionists were really really rude, and the doctor I saw told me that he couldn't find anything wrong with me, so I had to be faking everything. He had only done a few labs and didn't even want to do more to try and help me, I just had to be lying about everything.
