They do up a contract with someone send them monthly bill for over year and half. But then turn around and tell people they were squatters. They also never give copies of the contracts to people they have sign them so they can deny ever having one to remove someone from the property illegally.

Do they possibly rent campers or trailers out year round? Do I have to have an rv or camper to move onto property?

Thank you for your interest. Yes, you must have your own unit to rent a spot. Most of the campers rent by the year, with most heavy usage from April to October, but some do camp year-round.
