Great mountain bike trail for racing. Fast pace, less technical. Was a beautiful day for a morning race. People so friendly and Truman Lake is absolutely beautiful.

Its ok. If you just want to get out and cruise then this is your trail. I usually ride Landhal park in Blue Springs and this isn't anywhere in the same ballpark. Lot's of tire ripping rock so remember your spare. You'll break a sweat don't worry about breaking any bones here, if anything just remember to spray for ticks. 🍻

Nice mountain bike trails. Well marked trails. The yellow trail has about 1000' of elevation gain. Had a good work out. Trails dry quick, unlike the ones in Kansas City.
