RUDE!!! No matter how nice you try to be to these women, they are short with you and they never smile! Their customer service skills are HORRIBLE, the worst I've ever encountered!! The woman with stringy gray hair is extremely hateful! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Probably because they don't want to spend their time answering basic questions that a machine can answer like the address, and hours.

If you have all the OTHER paperwork you need (listed on the Missouri Dept. of Revenue website), I believe you will only need to show your ID if you are going to write a check.

Nothing it's free but you have to get a paper from the DMV and have your doctor fill it out then take it back to DMV
