Great place to dive, but don't expect a full service dive resort. No gear or tank rental, just a well laid out dive site. Lots of algae on everything.

Yes there are 3 and there are other picnic tables that can be used that are under the trees.
No swimming! Scuba diving only!! Divers and their guests. No children or pets and any guest must be with a diver
You must be a certified diver or taking classes for certification. We do not allow people to just come and take pictures. It is purely for divers
I do not remember seeing a stipulation about drones just twenty dollars and a driver's license for parking and entry.
Yes you can. Just have some paperwork to do at the entrance and you'll be all set
