Save yourself time and go to another store. One in Wethersfield on Silas Dean so much better customer service and and easier to deal with.

Ive been a Verizon customer for over 20+years and have been to this particular Verizon for over 5 years. John, Manager has always been super helpful with great customer service. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Kayla (who should be a Manager). Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and excellent customer service.

I have been going to this store for years, but I won't any more. My husband needed a new phone. He likes Motorola phones (so be it). When we walked into the store the only woman working on the afternoon of 1/31/2022 literally walked us to the Motorola section and said here they are and left us. She did not have a name tag so that is why I have to say a woman. The she sat down at a desk and played on her phone. There was one other customer being assisted by another sales associated. After 15 minutes of me trying to figure out the benefits of each of the phones she begrudgingly walked over and attempted to help my husband make a decision. When my husband selected the phone he wanted she literally asked if we just wanted to set it up ourselves because she maintained that since my husband's phone is so old it will take 2 - 3 hours to set it up. She rang up the phone and never told us the price, payment per month, nothing and handed the phone to my husband. My husband said he wanted her to transfer everything to the new phone. She responded "Well I hope you have three hours." It took her about 5 minutes. The worst sales associate I have ever dealt with after having Verizon for about 35 years.

Ordered product on Thursday, with the intention on picking it up on Monday when I was back in town but they cancel orders that aren’t picked up within 72 hours. Found out when I went to the store. Other then the Smart Hub, you have another device for home phone and data (I forget the name of it). What is the data plan(s) on that? The pricing for data on smart hub is way out of line. 6$ per gig / 10gig for 60$? I am not made of money........
