Always best to be there as recommended but this airport is small and very easy check in. Personal opinion is 1 hour before.

No. Not really especially if you don't have a bag to check. TSA precheck?The airport is small, there are seldom long lines and it's all well organized. It's a three minute walk from security to the six? gates. But yeah, if you want to get a coffee, there's always a line at Dunkin. I've gotten there within an hour of boarding and had no problem. Notice I said boarding!!

I go to Melbourne from Newark Liberty through Atlanta on Delta. Small airport which makes it very nice. People are very nice and helpful.

Porter flew directly from Toronto to MLB. They didn't have for this year. American now has daily flights to Charlotte and Philadelphia.

MLB flies direct to Atlanta thru Delta and with American Airlines it's to Charlotte and Philly, currently. You'll have to book connecting flights that go to White Plains from those three locations.

They dont go directly to many places. Currently, flights on American Airlines goes to Charlotte and Philly, and Delta goes to Atlanta. There are a lot of flights that go to various places from those three points, however, but Melbourne is limited in its reach.

They normally open the security checkpoint at 4:00am! If you have a flight at 6:00am I would suggest getting there at 5:30am or 6:00am. It’s a very small airport and the lines normally aren’t long, so 2 hours ahead is usually really early and I always end up waiting over and hour and a half for my flight at the gate :) hope this helped!

No. Just American and Delta, plus a little hopper out to Grand Bahama that I am aware of, but definitely not Southwest. The other two probably wont last long, they come and go.

Delta and American are the only two big ones I know of. With Delta everything is "with stop in Atlanta" and with American you're going to Charlotte, NC.

There is, but it's a cab that charges a flat rate. I just checked into this, because I live in Melbourne and was flying out of Orlando; wanted to leave my car home, was cheaper to pay long term off airport parking for two weeks. One way was $135, round trip $250. Twenty plus years ago I drove for Executive Shutrle when George ran it out of his house in Merritt Island, call them. You may ride with one or two others, but it may be cheaper and they "didn't" sardine you in.
