The receptionists do not answer the phone or return calls after voicemail is left. If you have a question or need anything you have to drive to the office. Not to mention, when you get there the lady at the front desk is very rude and possibly race biased. I had to tell her my husbands name 3 times and spelled it for her and after I sat on the waiting room she shouted "Ma'm can you write it for me!" , she was rude and unprofessional. I overheard her co-worker tell her "be nice to her". We don't come to the office to beg for anything! We pay a lot of money to be taken care of by professionals and should be treated accordingly. Ridiculous!
