I never leave unhappy when I visit Queen Nails! The owner is amazing and the staff are accommodating and professional. The salon is clean and well maintained. They make sure you feel at home and are comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Came in for a gel fill as my normal Person in Orlando couldn’t get me in. I was super worried as most places don’t do gel fills. Kourtney did an Awesome job! The shape and thickness is perfect! I’ll definitely be going back to see Kourtney from now on!

I’ve been getting my nails done, acrylic nails, for years and have been to several nail salons trying to find the right fit for me. I’ve been going to Mrs Vicky’s shop for some time now and she always delivers. She’s professional and helpful. I’ve had some issues with some of my nails due to long term use of acrylic powder and she has helped me get my nails back to a more healthy state, even if it meant she told me no on doing my nails right then.. Not all nail techs are like that, it’s typically about the money.. and she doesn’t try to get me to get things I don’t want, like aggressive upselling I’ve encountered at other nail shops. I love the service not only for myself but my girls as well. I recommend her shop to anyone in the area!

Happens from time to time. Owner says it's probably because someone did not disconnect previous call. I suggested she install another line so calls can automatically jump to another line
