This is a nice medium sized park. It is close to the freeway for easy access but not so close that it was noisy. Sites are gravel with grass between and are larger and wider than most RV parks. It is in a quiet setting next to some corn fields. The park was clean and seemed well maintained. AT&T service was good, Verizon was marginal. My only real complaint about the park is the hookups. The fresh water connection was really close to the ground and was basically a thin plastic pipe that moved around as you tried to connect to it. Worse than that it was only one foot away from the sewer connection so it would be easy to get contamination. The sewer connection was so close to the electric pedestal that I could not screw in my clear 90 degree fitting for the sewer hose. Normally I would not worry too much about that but given how close together the water and sewer connections are it was a concern. This is a good place for an overnight stop.

It’s ok for overnight. Right off highway so good amount of noise. Worst part is irresponsible dog owners. Several unleashed dogs or dogs tied out left unattended. I couldn’t safely walk my dogs. Stayed 3 days. Too long. Clean park. Easy in and out pull thru sites. If you don’t have pets it wouldn’t be so bad. We would not stay here again for that reason. I think management needs to be more aware of that issue and actually do something about it. We did bring it to their attention but nothing was done.

After reading the reviews we were a little nervous to use our picnic table because it was on the grass. However, let me say this, our stay was pleasant and hassle free. We're starting to understand why some park owners seem a bit uptight. Maybe they're just tired of constantly having to tell people to clean up after their dogs (and quite frankly, we're tired of having to step over your dogs mess too. You would be the first to complain if there was dog mess at your site when you arrived but you don't seem to mind leaving it for others) and not to drive on the grass or to let your children run wild and cut thru other guests sites or to keep the noise down so others can enjoy their peace and quiet too. They work so hard to make the RV parks nice for all their guests only to have a few ruin it for others. Although there is no excuse for yelling at guests ( if, in fact, that's what happened) we say kudos to you and your staff for running a tight ship for those of us who don't have a problem with observing "your" park rules. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We recently stayed overnight at this kid friendly campground. The office staff were very attentive and polite. The site had full hook-ups and a gravel pad. The weather was unusually hot this week, and so being able to get ice cream at the shop by the pool was a welcomed treat. The grass and prickly weeds were overcoming the walk areas and gravel pads a bit, so pets and sandal wearers beware. Seem like the grounds could use some TLC, but other than that it was a good experience. In 2019, we had overnighted here during an August cross country move and have fond memories of being able to use the pool and refreshing snacks.

I would check their website and/or call if you have any questions.
Yes Electric only unless your staying monthly weekly site might have full hook ups available
No idea. Call them.
I bet it will be. They didn't even want us to put out an outdoor rug on the grass.
You can stay as long as you like
Yes, they do...we were right next to a traveling nurse that was parked permanently.
