Not very happy at all with the friendliness of the operator with my staff. I was busy and trying to get a title a copy of the title sent to my email and I gave permission to my dis batcher to speak with co part for me and the first operator was ok, then she was transferred to the yard operator was insistent she couldn't talk to and would not talk to my staff even when i was on the phone with the operator and she was very rude to me as well. I work a lot with this company and would like to encounter better service in the future.

Im a licensed salvage dealer . After over a year of not doing business with Copart due to poor customer service they contacted me multiple times requesting that i come back to bid in there auctions. After signing back up I called different times trying to get my business partner added to no avail. I tried to bid on vehicles but they limited me to 10 bids at a time. Prior to this i could bid on a 100 plus vehicles and would regularly win 15 to 25 every week. Now unless I give them a lot number I can only bid on 10 or less vehicles after spending close to an hour on the phone trying to get it straightened out I realised why I quit doing business with this company in the 1st place. WHAT A JOKE !

Susie is great! She has been so helpful and kind and patient, her customer service is above and beyond what you’d expect anywhere! She’s so kind to everyone she helps treats everyone with respect, she’s the kind of employee any company would want!

Don't bother
Yes you can. I believe you have to take it by Thursday or a storage fee applies
No, but you have to be a member. Also you need to deposit some money to be able to buy. The deposit amount has to be at least 10% of the value for the car you bid on. If you have $500 deposit then you could bid up to $5000.
Even if they're open you should definitely call first and make sure the vehicle you want to look at is available to be seen. Some of the vehicles are located in areas the general public isn't allowed to go into.
