You have no way to prove an overdose but that is the most common way pets pass under anesthesia. .015% chance in a pet yall cleared as healthy.

Unsure if any fault of theirs none the less took my healthy no previous conditions 6 y.o German shepherd to be spayed suffered complications from anesthesia within first few minutes of being given and she passed away use at your own risk I do not believe they pay attention to detail. I suspect there's more to this than "unknown heart condition" that's why they have waivers. Do more investigating of the place you take you your babies than I did.
