Somewhat helpful but we felt like we were annoying the owner and she wanted to place the blame of an issue we had on anything but the installation of the pool which they did. The counter lady was very nice. Won't be going back. We wanted to keep our business local but it was not the best experience.

Did you buy it new or used if you bought it new maybe try the company that you bought it from otherwise I'd recommend to get a handyman take a picture of what he's replacing of where wires and all that go and then have him do it
