Getting a permit requires the building plans to get approved and then for the contractor to pay the permits fees. For timing you should contact Florence County Building and Planning at 843.676.8600
Are fabric barriers required at all new construction home sites located within the Florence City limits?
If yes...do builders/developers have the ability to have exceptions approved?? and are immediate neighbors asked for impacts and comments?
