I have to say that having a loved one here since the start had been very hard. However the staff has consistently gone above and beyond to keep us informed. We were able to do some thru the window visitations for s fee months. Then the covid outbreak started at Clover, so no visitations since. The staff has been working so hard to take care of the residents while risking their own health. I am happy to say we feel comforted knowing the kind of people that are caring for our loved ones. Thanks Clover for going above and beyond & being so transparent throughout Covid.

If you love someone this is not a place you want to bring them. The administration is terrible and don't care about you or your loved one. It has been nothing but a headache from day one since my family and I brought my mom there.

The physical facility needs major improvements, but you will not find a more loving place to care for a family member.The care provided to terminal dementia patients is outstanding.
