We have lived here for 5 years. I love the scenery of the ponds as I walk the neighborhood. The property manager works very hard to respond to residents and improve the area. Glad we found our home at Inlet Oaks Village.

I have a friend that buys and sales traliors the homes are mostly individually owned if not all of them and not sure if they allow owners to rent them, best bet is to give them a call
No rentals that I know of.
It's not really HOA as much as lot rental of 390 a month but that includes use of the community clubhouse and pool. You can also reserve the clubhouse for parties or events. You take care of you own lawn but if there is a tree problem they will trim.
